| North End Lofts LLC is the developer of North End Lofts. Shepard Johnson, a principal in the development company, has long been a part of the evolution of downtown Sacramento. His affinity for the preservation of the unique character of the area and its homes has inspired him to carefully restore vacant sites and painstakingly rebuild countless historic properties.
As a University of California at Berkeley graduate with a degree in architecture, style and function typify his work accomplishments. Mr. Johnson’s experience also includes development, custom home design, construction and commercial projects. But his passions are best evidenced in his successful infill developments where old and new are carefully integrated with a distinctive result.
